  • Vaccinations: recommended vaccines - yellow fever, Hepatitis A and B, Typhoid, and Tetanus. Consult a travel clinic at least 4-6 weeks before your trip.

  • malaria prevention: Use mosquito repellent with DEET, wear long sleeves and pants in the evenings, and sleep under mosquito nets where necessary.

  • Food & water safety: Drink only bottled or purified water. Avoid ice cubes and raw or undercooked foods
